I would say that there is a whole lot of gay going on in the Midwest from top to bottom.  Perhaps not as much show as you find on either Coast but a whole lot of "Real-Life" Gayetee with strong vibrant communities across the spectrum. We are here making a difference in our world.   But even more important we are the folks down the street that everybody knows.  And that makes a big difference when it comes time to the public discourse on Equality  for all.
